Our senior consultant and business owner Bronwyn Herbertson has had a varied career in the Human Services Sector. She is now utilising her experience as a Quality Compliance expert, specialising in ISO 9001:2015 as a Certified Lead Auditor and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and Standards. She has extensive knowledge of service provision having held positons as Manager, General Manager, CEO, Disability Services Coordinator, Regional Coordinator and Zonal Coordinator of small, medium and large Disability and Human Services businesses. She has also worked for State Government and the University of Southern Queensland in policy positions. Under the NDIS she has experience in senior management in service delivery, plan management, support coordination and business development as well as assisting services all around Australia to improve their systems, processes and businesses.
